About Me
I’m a freelance Motion Designer, 3D Generalist, and Creative Director available to work worldwide.
With over 15 years of experience as a motion designer working with premium brands across agency and corporate environments, I’m deeply confident in the post-production world. I’m highly organized, especially when it comes to asset management, project dependencies, and VFX pipelines.
My heart lives in animation, with a vibrant, whimsical style applied to 3D motion design. I got my start in the Flash MX days and have since evolved into motion graphics, compositing, and 3D, working with brands including Google, the NBA, Microsoft, The Sphere, Samsung, LA28 Olympics, and the NFL.
I studied a cross-disciplinary major in Film, Animation, and Computer Science, earning a Cum Laude BFA from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, and that nerdy, systems-minded background still shows up in how I approach every project today.
Software: After Effects (Element 3D, Trapcode, Red Giant), Cinema 4D (Redshift, X-Particles, Forester, Ornatrix), Figma (Weave), Autodesk (ShotGrid, Flow), Render Farms (Deadline, Rebus, Drop & Render, Pixel Plow), AI Gen (Stable Diffusion, Kling, Rodin, Claude), plus Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Some of my favorite plugins are the ones I’ve built myself to maximize productivity.
Outside of Work: I’m into weird comedy, woodworking, plants, fall camping, and disc golf. In my spare time I make Halloween decorations, talk endlessly about Zelda, and draw whenever I get the chance. Mario Kart? I call Peach.
Puget Systems recently upgraded my machine. With fast internet and efficient render capabilities, my workstation is ready to roll. When I’m not in the office, I utilize Parsec to remote in and check on renders. Here’s a look at my setup:
- Ryzen 9 5900X 12 core
- 2x GeForce RTX 3090
- 128GB RAM
- 5GB UP/DOWN Fiber Internet
- Dual 4k Monitors
What I'm watching
YouTube, usually. Some of my favorite content on YouTube comes from science experiments with William Osman, raw news reporting with Andrew Callaghan, VFX artists react with Corridor Crew, high-energy improvisation from Marc Rebillet, and Office Hours with Tim Heidecker.
What I'm listening to
I love discovering new artists and rediscovering the classics.

I also enjoy making curated playlists on Spotify. Listen to my “Whim Cycle” playlist here, or check out my profile for more jams.
